A board builds teams of individuals who serve together and share their skills, expertise and connections; creating a culture where all Members and the FCA Director can provide input into strategic ministry planning. The Blue Ridge FCA board will specifically be a group of Volunteers that represent different professional backgrounds and geographic areas. The leadership board increases ministry impact by mobilizing relationships and multiplying resources. These members have a passion to assist the Blue Ridge FCA Director in advancing the gospel through sport.
In order to work with youth on behalf of FCA, you must complete the FCA Ministry Leader Application (MLA). This application must be reviewed and approved by FCA Staff before you can participate at Camp or FCA Ministry. If you have previously completed the Ministry Leader Application for another Camp or FCA Ministry, you do not need to complete another one.
The E3 Discipleship Training consists of three main sections: Engage, Equip and Empower. Each section includes four biblical principles of discipleship multiplication.
